How might faith offer us a healthy and hopeful way to engage with the chaotic world around us?

We want to be informed. We want to understand what is happening in our world. We probably even want to be a part of making the world a better place. Yet our consumption of news and media is leaving us damaged and discouraged. Are we doomed to doomscrolling, or can we be aware, engaged, honest, and hopeful about the world around us?

Is it possible to remain steady amidst the chaos?
