What makes a life “good”?

Calling this semester Life is Good does not mean pretending that life is always easy,
comfortable, or happy. A good life can include grief, uncertainty, sacrifice, and
disappointment. Jesus invites us into a life rooted in the love of God, lived for the good of
others, and sustained by hope.

Jesus reveals what the good life is and invites us to follow him into it. As we do, he
reshapes our desires, habits, relationships, and the people we are becoming, and expands
our capacity for the joy for which we were created.
